Payment and Attendance

1. Payment Obligations: Lessons must be paid for, regardless of attendance. In the event of extenuating circumstances, considerations can be made on an individual basis. Please contact Emma directly for assistance.
2. Online Lessons: We reserve the right to conduct lessons online, particularly in cases of extreme weather or if your trainer contracts COVID-19. These online sessions will count as one of your lessons, even if you choose not to participate via Zoom.

Cancellation and Continuation

3. Notice for Discontinuation: If you decide not to continue with your lessons, a two-week notice is required (48 hours for 121 sessions or home visits). Reminders will be sent when the next block payment is due, providing an opportunity to inform us that you will not be continuing. Cancellation fee may be incurred if notice is not given.

Class Etiquette

4. Courtesy and Respect: Please be courteous and kind to your classmates. Respect that not all dogs may wish to interact with each other. Appropriate greetings will be practiced when the trainer deems it suitable.
5. Enjoy the Experience: Remember, learning should be fun! Enjoy the class and try not to take things too seriously. Keeping the pressure off will ensure both you and your dog have the best experience possible.

Behavioural Packages

For those enrolled in our puppy and behaviour plans:

• Package Commitment: The behavioural and puppy packages include three individual sessions with dates agreed with the trainer. By signing up, you commit to all three sessions. Please note that these packages are non-refundable if you choose not to complete it.
• Training Compliance: All parties involved in your dog's training are expected to follow the guidance provided by the trainer to the best of their abilities.
